Parent coaching provides non-judgmental, practical and solution focused
guidance in order to:
● understand your child’s unique strengths, challenges and needs.
● establish and prioritize values and goals.
● support the process of skill development for both parent and child.
● address behaviours and/or dynamics within the family unit that are interfering.
You will receive detailed session notes, scripts, and resources to reference after your session.
Katy has over 10 years of experience helping families navigate behavioural concerns and mental health challenges. As an Ontario Certified Teacher, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and mom of three, Katy combines her lived experience, along with her expertise in human development, applied behaviour analyses and cognitive behavioural interventions to give parents the tools and support they need.
